Awful communication, dismissive attitudes. Caseworker has no idea, empathy or compassion for my child. Treated as a number not an individual. 2 year wait for specialist provision even then not appropriate for needs. Broken system with children not assessed or listened to appropriately. Horrific journey of the SEN system.
