Poor Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 2 Review: Awful communication, dismissive attitudes. Caseworker has no idea, empathy or compassion for my child. Treated as a number not an individual. 2 year wait for specialist provision even then not appropriate for needs. Broken system with children not assessed or listened to appropriately. Horrific journey of the SEN system. Report Content

Refused to assess didn’t attend mediation and then 3 days before tribunal agreed to assess. Currently appealing named school as LA named mainstream when he needs a sen setting Report Content
