I was constantly having to chase the case workers who was not good a responding to emails, I have had 3 case workers so far.
They provide false information to the school and SENCo, and the SENCo also does not know SEND law or code of peactice and relies on the information provided by the LA.
They miss statutory deadlines and complaints have to be submitted to ensure there is as minimal delays as possible.
