          Review: Staff knowledge of SEN is poor as is communication. SENco likes to think they are very knowledgeable but much of the information is outdated or medicalised and doesn't represent lived experience. Very hostile if challenged by both parents and professionals. Little communication with parents and professionals.
Reasonable adjustments seldom made and very strict behaviour regime with lots of punitive measures and sanctions that often discriminate. Report Content
