          Review: As parents we were actively blocked from meeting SENco identified in their policy. School did not follow access-care-review plan policy and no attempt made to identify needs. Gaslighting and shaming of parents happens regularly if College feels that pupil won’t make College material. They seek to exclude pupils if they suspect that pupil may be facing a diagnosis or have additional needs. Approaches to behaviour are outdated and teachers not qualified to handle SEN.
