Derby City are a joke. Communication is terrible. Plans are written in such a way that nothing is quantified in order to be costed. Placements are a paperwork lottery - if you are good at paperwork, children are more likely to get a place in a special school. No quality assurance of plans and no quality assurance of SEND officers. A total farce on a daily basis
