We are now nearing week 25 and still haven’t received our draft EHCP. Our caseworker and the general office never answer the phones and it takes 2/3 emails before I get a response. I was told in early March that KCC had agreed to issue an EHCP and every time I chase the draft I am either ignored or told it’s being worked on and should be with me “next week”. Terrible service and terrible communication.
