Terrible Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 1 Review: This process almost broke me! We submitted multi complaints and one was actually escalated and delt with but it took 6 months. From start to finnish from request to final EHCP it took 16 months due to case workers quitting and no contact for months on end despite calls and emails. There was no support and every step was made more difficult due to been given misinformation by LA staff. Report Content
