What contact from 'professionals' we've had has been via telephone call or email.
No one has been to see my child.
I am meant to get weekly updates and I've had one.
I made a complaint and all they have done is blame a national shortage of EPs and apologised meanwhile my child struggles.

Terrible Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 1 Review: Poor service from LA. Band 10 funded child with many difficulties given a place at mainstream secondary which can’t meet need when special school place was requested.
LA don’t want to know. Going through 1st tier tribunal.
