Terrible Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 1 Review: Severe failings from start to finish. An attempt at false FII and child neglect by 4 professional roles who ganged up, falsified records, parent blamed, attempted to negate private diagnosis, withheld all support and services on local offer. Caused severe trauma to family. Left children without correct medical oversight resulting in relapsing symptoms impacting ability to function with an inflammatory brain condition. Almost 4 years since onset and 1 child has had no suitable alternative education for 3.5 years.

The false allegations prevented the family from seeking disability related benefits leaving us living in poverty and accumalting debt.
