Poor Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 2 Review: Iv spent more hours collecting infomation, for it to be copied and pasted in an few hours. All factual infomation was removed and not taken into account. This has resulted in EHCP not being a true reflection of my child then no suitable support needed. Draft 1,2,3 didn't include amendments given in comments and now been signed off with a setting named without parents permission. Absolutely diabolical saying this is to support my child in her educational setting. We have gone through mediation and fingers crossed we get the result my daughter needs. Started needs assesment in Feb and received plan in Sept Report Content
