Terrible Please rate the communications your received from the local authority in timeliness and quality of information? Terrible Overall Rating: 1 Review: Waiting since October 2022. Was suppose to hear back from Derbyshire county council in Jan 2023 to say wether my son had been granted an EHCP and will get a draft. And in July 2023 (tomorrow) we still don’t have.
My son has now missed out on a school place for September 2023 and has been differed. No way could we send him to a mainstream school anyway, let alone without an EHCP.

They have removed all forms of communication with them and you’re Met with automated email after automated email. Absolutely awful. Report Content
