Terrible Overall Rating: 1 Review: Annual reviews not done in timescales or updated.
Placement good, but not through any help with LA to seek it, sourced placement through own means. Had to request LA consult with them, otherwise would not have been found. Communication poor, case workers often on leave or long term sick , never able to get through on the phone. No response to emails.
No ehcp support or explanation with whole process, have to do lots of research and learn a lot (shouldn’t have to), as a sen parent in order to be able to relay what’s needed to LA staff, for child to be able to access appropriate education, they are legally entitled too.
