This school has an outstanding, however this is based on the previous headteacher and not the present one.
No grasp on mental health support or behaviour needs, no real understanding of autism and who to support young people who are neuro divergent.
There are some good members of staff but this school fails in its senior leadership and in the area of communication within the setting professionally and with there families.
The change in senior leadership has utterly changed the ethos and family feel of the school.
Don't expect your child to make progress and view young peoples aspirations as fantasy rather than real aims to work toward.
They don't follow their own risk assessments and are dismissive of their own young people's concerns.
